We try to get involved with activities that have a positive impact on our community and we post those activities on our site so that everyone gets a chance to get in on the fun.

/3–8/5 THIS IS A BIG BIG WEEKEND!

Arden's 6th Annual Art Event!

For the 6th year in a row we will be holding our “Art at Arden's” event, we will have hundreds of additional oil paintings in our store from Friday to Sunday. This is the good stuff, all individual artists works, each unique (no art-farm stuff here). There will be a great selection and special prices here for this event, so if you are looking for something special, be sure to check it out!

As well, Friday in the park across the street will (as usual) be the world famous "Out to Lunch"; it's always a great event.

Then Saturday and Sunday in the park is the David Adler Arts & Craft Show. 

David Adler Cultural Center’s Festival of the Arts
August 4—10am-6pm, August 5—1pm-5pm. The David Adler Cultural Center offers two days of live musical performances and art exhibitions in Cook Park.

If we don't have the art your looking for, odds are it will be across the street!

And if all that wasn't enough, on Saturday is the Mickey Finn's Backlot Brewfest. Complete with great beer, a chili cook-off, great beer, a pig roast, great beer, lots of live music, did I mention great beer... It's all family friendly and FREE till 6pm then it's going to get a little louder!

So whatever it is you're interested in, I'm pretty sure you'll have fun this weekend right here in the 52nd best small town to live in the whole U.S. of A.
